The groom will start with a relaxing wash in our hydro bath with a luxurious shampoo and deep coat conditioner followed by a gentle blow dry. We will then cut and style their coat to your requirements, a full brush out to ensure as much dead hair is removed as possible, check their eyes, clean their ears, trim their nails and finish with some doggy cologne spitz.

Ideal for busy owners and perfect between full grooms, this service helps prevent mats and knots.

After a good, relaxing wash in our hydro bath, their coat is blow dried and brushed to remove as much dead hair as possible. We then trim your dog’s nails, check their eyes and clean their ears and finish off with a doggy cologne spitz. 

We can also trim the face and foot trim if needed.

It is not suitable for dogs with knots or matting as they will require a full groom.

Ideal for dogs with facial hair that grows quickly around the eyes. We’ll trim the eye area and fringe to help your dog stay neat between grooms.

Regular nail trims help keep your dog’s nails healthy and prevent discomfort.

This service is ideal for dogs that do not need a full groom, but whose claws have become too long.

Nail trimming is included in all our grooming packages, but we also offer it as a drop-in service during opening hours.

A gentle salon introduction to help your puppy become familiar with the bath, dryer, and clippers. It also includes an ear clean, nail trim, sanitary trim, and tidy-up of the face and feet, with plenty of treats and cuddles.

Puppies must be between 3-6 months old and have completed their vaccinations.

There are specific breeds that are suitable for hand stripping. This process involves removing dead hairs form your dog’s coat by hand instead of clipping to keep the coat tidy and healthy. This is usually completed around twice a year. At Freya’s we will pluck the outer guard hairs from the coat entirely by hand.

We recommend weekly appointments until entire mouth is clean, followed by maintenance appointments every 3-4 months.

We use the latest state of the art dental hygiene technology. The toothbrush uses ultrasound waves which are transmitted via each wet toothbrush bristle to the toothpaste, creating millions of micro bubbles that penetrate deep below the gumline and into the smallest gaps between the teeth and gum pockets. This works without scrubbing, brushing, vibration, or noise making it pet friendly and with no need for anaesthetic! It is effective in reducing gingivitis and periodontitis, oral cavity diseases, plaque and tartar build up, stains and bad breath. 

Dogs will usually require between 1 - 6 sessions to remove heavy tarter, plaque and staining before moving to maintenance. The initial session cost will include your dog’s own individual toothbrush head and maintenance sessions are charged at a lower rate.

*Deep Cleansing Blueberry & Oatmeal Facial Scrub- £10 - Give your pet a little extra with the lavish smell of blueberries and oatmeal that leaves their face smelling fresh and ready for cuddles. The lightly foaming facial cleanser soothes and balances the skin whilst gently lifting tear and beard stains. The refreshing blend of oatmeal and blueberry effectively removes dirt and tear stains and will not irritate the eyes. Made with high quality naturally derived ingredients.

* Paw & Nose Balm- £5 - This can be added to any of our packages. Formulated with all natural human grade ingredients to protect, heal and moisturise your pets paws and nose and other areas. A great product for dry or chafed elbows, sunburned noses, cracked pads or itchy skin.

* Fresh Breath Foam -£4- This can be added to any of our packages. Bad breath can be one of the first signs of oral disease. 80% of dogs begin to show signs of oral disease by age 3. The fresh breath foam quickly freshens breath while supporting a healthy enamel, a bright smile and clean teeth.

Tear Stain Facial – £5-Helps to reduce tear staining

Deep Coat Conditioner – £4- Argan oil

A soothing treatment for dogs with hairy paws or dry, cracked pads. We use an organic, plant-based medicated scrub, tidy excess fur, trim and shape the nails, and finish by massaging a healing balm into each paw and pad.
